4. Tracking Sales Activities

An activity is a past interaction with a customer, such as a meeting, phone call, or email. Using LeafLink, you can track your activities with a customer over time, optimizing the frequency and type of outreach based on past performance.

All of the activities that you track will also appear in the Sales Representative Activity Report, which shows the amount of activity performed by team member. It will also appear in the Sales Representative Activity Feed Report, which you can filter to see a full list of your previous activity.

How to Track Sales Activity

To track activity for a customer, click on Customers in the LeafLink navigation panel. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click ellipsis-icon.png next to the Customer you're tracking activity for.
  2. Select Add Activity.
  3. Fill out the fields detailing your activity with the customer.
  4. Click Save. The activity will now appear on the feed on the Activity tab.

How to Edit Sales Activity

To edit an Activity entry, click on Customers in the LeafLink navigation panel. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click ellipsis-icon.png next to the Customer you're editing activity for.
  2. Select Add Activity.
  3. Scroll to the Activity entry you’d like to edit and click Edit.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Click Save. The entry will update in your Activity feed.
