When a product on your menu , remove it from your active products. Archiving a product To ensure accurate historical records of your business on LeafLink, products are Archived instead of deleted.
In LeafLink, when a product is archived, it is removed from your active products and stored in an archive for future use. It will no longer be visible to retailers, but it will still appear in your reports.
How to Archive a Product
To get started, click Inventory under your Brand in the LeafLink navigation panel. Then, follow these steps:
- Click the down arrow next to the product’s listing state to reveal a list of status options.
- Select Archived.
After refreshing the page, the product no longer appears in the Active Products tab. Find the archived product by navigating to the Archived tab in the horizontal navigation bar.
Managing Archived Products
You can move a product from Archived back to your Active Products.
From the Archived tab, follow these steps.
- Click next to a product and select Edit.
- Using the drop-down menu, change the Product Listing State to any option other than Archived.
- Note: Click on a Product Listing State for its definition.
- Click Save.
The product now appears in the Active Products tab and should no longer appear in Archived.
