Your license serves as your unique identifier on LeafLink. When your license changes, it’s important to update it in LeafLink so brands can receive orders from you with accurate compliance information.
Note: After changing your license number, you will still have access to complete order history for that store.
To update your store’s license on LeafLink, click Manage Licenses under Settings under your store in the LeafLink navigation panel.
Then, follow these steps:
- Under License Change/Update Request, enter the new license number and license type. Optionally add a PDF or JPEG of your license.
- Select Submit Change Request.
Once submitted, our Client Support team will review and update your license on LeafLink. You’ll receive a notification when the license has been changed.
