1. Updating Your Contact & Delivery Information

Manage Profile allows you to update your contact details and delivery preferences so brands have the most up-to-date information for you.

Click Manage Profile under Settings under your store in the LeafLink navigation panel.

The fields most relevant to you as a purchasing manager are: 

  • Address & Phone: Keep your address and phone number updated.
  • Delivery Preferences: Your delivery preferences (i.e. “Deliver on Wednesdays”) appear as footnotes on your orders, giving brands more information about when and how to deliver your shipment.
  • Whitelist: This is a limited feature designed for retailers choosing to select which specific brands their purchasing managers can shop. Contact support@leaflink.com for more information about enabling this feature.
